We are currently hiring a personal trainer who can work 10 - 20 hours per week. Please use the below application to apply. Iron and Mettle typically receives 3 - 5 new client inquiries per week depending on the time of year, so there is a high potential to develop a client roster within 2-3 weeks of joining the team. Most of our clients are also available mid morning and mid-day, which are traditionally harder-to-fill times for personal trainers.
All applicants must have a valid CPT certification with in-person training experience to apply. You must be comfortable coaching the barbell lifts: bench, back squat, and deadlift. Please apply below.
PAY AND BENEFITS
$60 - 85 per session depending on training and experience
Opportunity to bring your own clients for a studio-rental rate (you set your rate and pay a $30 rental fee to Iron and Mettle)
Paid training (about 10-20 hours depending on previous experience and qualifications) paid at $50 per hour
Paid renewal for CPR/AED certification
Continuing education twice per year paid by and hosted at Iron and Mettle
Trainers working at least 20 hours per week qualify for our $200/mo medical benefits stipend
